Heal Thy Heart Powder

For emotional healing and relief of heartache.

Use in magics intended to relieve heartache, heartbreak, loneliness, grief, and other emotional pains. Use in any spellwork likewise designed to ease pains of the heart, be they from loss, fatigue, relationships, or general sadness. Add to charms to help oneself or another recover from any emotional pain.

Heal Thy Heart Powder makes an excellent additive for wax or clay charms, or as an ingredient in incense meant to cleanse sadness and grief from your home. (I suggest Amber or Frankincense powder for the base.)

To create a bottle charm for emotional healing, put several generous pinches of Heal Thy Heart Powder into a small bottle. Add a strand of your hair, a fingernail clipping, or a few tears. Close the bottle and hold it over your chest so that the contents are stirred by your heartbeat. Do this for seven days during a waning moon, then discard the powder by burial or burning.
